Jay Watz

Jay Graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Jay got his start in the financial services industry in 1995. Since then, he has worked with servicing clients and financial advisors alike. Jay earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst certification in 2004 while working with Endowments and Foundations as an institutional consultant with A.G. Edwards. Prior to joining Convergence, Jay worked for LPL Financial as a Regional Director of Business Development. He brings a level of unique experience, which has benefited his work with financial advisors at Convergence.

Jay lives in St. Louis with his wife Christy and their three daughters, Isabel, Emma, and Josie. In his free time, Jay enjoys competitive BBQ, boating and fishing, as well as attending regular soccer games with his daughter.
