Aidan Anderson

Aidan joined Convergence Financial as an Operations Specialist in 2024, bringing with him more than four years of experience in the mortgage industry. During that time, he developed a reputation for balancing precision and efficiency—skills that now play a vital role in optimizing our operational processes and delivering an exceptional client experience.

In recognition of his leadership and impact, Aidan was promoted to Operations Manager in July 2025. In this role, he oversees daily operations, implements system improvements, and works closely with both advisors and clients to ensure seamless service and support across the firm.

Aidan is a 2020 graduate of the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in finance and real estate. His academic foundation continues to support his work in helping Convergence Financial grow and evolve.

Outside the office, Aidan is an active member of his church’s worship team, where he plays both piano and electric guitar. He also enjoys attending car shows, exploring new destinations across the country, and spending quality time with friends and family.
