Montana Reno

Montana Reno joined the Convergence team in 2023 as our Operations Specialist.

With six years of operational experience, Montana brings valuable experience to the firm and assists in serving both advisors and clients alike. She excels in process improvement, building systems, and working with the team to stay on top of client needs. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in October 2019.

Outside of work, Montana cherishes time with her husband, Austin, and their two boys, Owen and Kade. She enjoys sewing, baking, and crafting. Montana is an active member of Friendship Church in Centralia, MO.
